Pups and Pals Day Join us for a day of pups, pals and lots of critters from 11am – 4pm.  We will have several groups helping us celebrate our furry friends. They include special visits by the 4-H Seeing Eye Puppy Club, The Baltimore Humane Society and throughout the day agility demonstrations from the Carlisle Kennel Club. 8th Anniversary Celebration Come on out to Boyds Bear Country from 11am until 4pm and help us celebrate our 8th Anniversary. We will be introducing our Anniversary Bear Jackie N. Ourhearts in honor of one of our loyal employees at Boyds Bear Country that recently lost her battle with cancer in 2008. There will be lots of entertainment on site for all to enjoy including Fall Frolic, door prizes every hour, an indoor scavenger hunt, a balloon maker, a cake for all to enjoy and our Christmas in July, (August, September) Sale. Author John Lamb will be available for book signings from 11am - 4pm and we will have entertainment featuring Bob Plunkert and Real Country from 10am - 1pm and Kevin Neidig - Singer, Instrumentalist, and Songwriter will be performing from 2pm - 5pm. |

Benefit Car Show for Make A Wish Truck Convoy for Wishes Join us from 10am til 3pm (Rain or Shine) for a benefit car show that you won't wanna miss. If you've got something with wheels, bring it along and make a $10 donation to enter it for a chance to win an award for one of the top 3 People’s Choice. Come join us for food, fun and music. Boyds Bear Country will be selling pit beef and pulled pork sandwiches with a percentage of the proceeds going to Make A Wish. There will be a 50/50 drawing, raffles and door prizes. 9th Annual Tree Lighting Join the folks at Boyds Bear Country as they officially launch the 2010 holiday season! We're starting this festive celebration at 11am with our Annual Tree Lighting Spectacular. Stop by the atrium as we have some special guests "flip the switch" on our humongous Christmas tree decorated with bears and lots of shiny lights. But wait, that's not all! We've got the Jazzberries performing all your traditional Christmas songs at 11am, 1pm and 3pm He's back…Scotty the Reindeer will be back again this year to help kick off the festivities. The four legged friend will be all gussied up and ready to get his picture taken with you for only $8.96 plus tax! (4 x 6 photo). Scotty will be available from 11am - 2pm Kids 12 and under can decorate their very own Gingerbread Cookie from 12 Noon - 2pm (for a small fee of course) |
