Guest Relations Center
A smile and a helping hand is what to expect when you visit the Guest Relations Center! Our able staff will be glad to assist you by providing information about the store layout and amenities; and distribute information on directions, hotels, transportation and local airports, religious services, and tourist attractions. Need a wheelchair? We got 'em at the Guest Relations Center, on a first-come, first-served basis!

Don't wanna have yer hands full while yer shoppin' at Boyds Bear Country™? We offer a package pick-up service for all customers shopping on the first, second, and third floors.

Howz it work? Purchase your items at the check-out, fill out a pick-up form, and hold onto your pick-up receipt. A runner will take your items to package pick-up on the first floor. Once yer finished shopping, head to the pick-up center, show your receipt, and your items will be retrieved for you. Pretty nifty, huh?!


Package Shipping
At Boyds Bear Country™, we offer our customers a shipping service. Dat's right…have a present shipped anywhere in the US or your own purchases shipped right to your doorstep! Ooops, we can't ship husbands…the insurance would be too high! A shipping charge will be added to your bill when you pay for your item at the check-out counter. All you gotta do is tell us where to ship your package--we do the rest of the work!
